<li>Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or performance creative role.</li><li>Proven experience leading a creative team of 3+ members, including motion designers, playable ad developers, and 2D/3D artists; experience managing external freelancers and creative agencies is a plus.</li><li>Expertise in overseeing the entire creative production process, from analysis and ideation to final execution, across multiple projects.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a background in market research, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking.</li><li>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.</li>

<li>Experience in improving runtime performance and memory usage in mobile games</li><li>Familiarity with reactive programming patterns, asynchronous programming, and dependency injection frameworks</li><li>Worked on live games that have been globally released for more than 2 years</li>

QA Tester (f/m/d)
We are looking for a QA Specialist with strong testing and organization skills to join our Idle Miner Tycoon Tech team in Berlin. As part of the Tech team, you will help to produce incredible experiences for our players focusing on new features, tech improvements, and integration of SDKs. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving skills who loves working in an agile environment. You will be directly embedded in a cross-functional team.

QA Tester (f/m/d)
We are looking for a QA Specialist with strong testing and organization skills to join our Idle Miner Tycoon Tech team in Berlin. As part of the Tech team, you will help to produce incredible experiences for our players focusing on new features, tech improvements, and integration of SDKs. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving skills who loves working in an agile environment. You will be directly embedded in a cross-functional team.



<li>Have ownership of features and tickets and participate in the decision-making process</li><li>Help identify core requirements and find edge cases and dependencies&nbsp;</li><li>Test features, SDK integrations and systems independently</li><li>Create and maintain test plans and test cases</li><li>Take ownership in coordinating the end of sprint testing</li><li>Collaborate with Product Managers to track build health during the staged rollout process</li><li>Promote good QA practices like exploratory and agile testing, test automation and risk-based testing</li><li>Assist the teams with test strategy, test design, test execution, defect analysis/root cause investigation, bug reporting and improving the bug process</li><li>Coordinate with other delivery teams when integrating and testing key features</li>

<li>Be a strong team player and communicator who excels when working closely together with others, both receiving and providing assistance.</li><li>Experience of working in the gaming industry</li><li>Broad knowledge of production teams and their core workflows</li><li>Experience with Scrum and working in Agile teams</li><li>Experience with JIRA or other similar bug and project management tools</li><li>Great understanding of exploratory testing and manual testing</li><li>Awareness of test automation frameworks</li><li>Comfortable both directing larger testing efforts and executing them yourself</li>

<li>Having a player mindset to identify bugs and issues as a player</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gitlab and Jenkins</li><li>Basic programming skills is a plus</li><li>Experience of working with tech teams on other mobile games</li><li>Deep understanding of Idle Miner Tycoon’s features and systems</li><li>Understanding of data pipelines and systems with basic competence in SQL</li><li>Have a very good go-getter and ownership level to own a task from zero until the end</li>

Senior Unity Developer - Core Tech (f/m/d)
We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join us and work with our games, which are played by millions of players. <li>Work on multiple live games with dynamic events and scheduled content for millions of users</li><li>Provide architectural support for dedicated game teams, implement shared and scalable systems for boosting the longevity and technical health of games</li><li>Work on third-party tooling and SDK implementations across games</li><li>Optimize and improve existing game elements by incorporating player feedback and improving technical quality</li><li>Contribute your expertise and skills in a cross-discipline team environment</li><li>Support the growth of others by giving technical guidance</li>

<li>Experience with Unity3D</li><li>(Ideally 5+ years of professional) Software development experience in C#</li><li>Experience in non-gaming contexts is also relevant. We value your experiences and expertise, therefore do not hesitate to apply</li><li>Ability to profile and optimize performance on Android and iOS</li><li>Ability to quickly get up to speed with existing code and find solutions to technical problems as a team</li><li>Awareness of and ability to leverage industry best practices and solutions and apply the right solution for a given problem</li><li>Must be capable of driving the implementation of a feature or fix with clear ways to communicate to other team members and areas of work, as GD, Art ,and PM</li>

<li>An understanding of different game technology areas (e.g. gameplay, graphics, tools etc.)</li><li>Proven ability to identify and resolve memory-related issues to enhance game performance</li><li>A passion for games</li><li>Deep knowledge of a fundamental Unity pipeline or tool, such as Asset management, UI, or Networking</li><li>Understanding of mobile gaming industries and their main characteristics, like F2P and LiveOps</li><li>Familiarity with reactive programming and dependency injection frameworks, e.g. UniRx or Zenject</li>

At Kolibri Games we work with multi-disciplinary teams in 2-week sprints, regularly releasing features and updates. You would therefore actively contribute to the ongoing development of new features and systems directly impacting one of our most successful games. 
To achieve sustainable results you will work in direct collaboration with the team's Tech Lead in the following areas:


<li>Work on a live game with dynamic events and scheduled content for millions of users</li><li>Show ownership and be accountable for the development of new features</li><li>Create complex gameplay systems necessary for making high-quality games, constantly driving overall improvements for existing game systems.</li><li>Optimize and improve existing game elements by incorporating player feedback and improving technical quality</li><li>Implement UI, game logic and new features in a fast and agile environment</li><li>Contribute your expertise and skills in a cross-discipline team environment</li><li>Support the growth of others by giving technical guidance and mentoring</li>
