Hi there,
Enjoy the December Edition of the Kolibri Games Newsletter. This is where we review the events of the past weeks and keep you updated on recent company and product milestones.
Company Milestones
This month started off well for us: on the first of December, we counted our highest daily revenue in 10 months. We are constantly striving to bring the best possible experience to our players and are extremely happy that our efforts are paying off.
We Appeared In
Our friends over at the Deconstructor of Fun Podcast published an interview with our Co-CEO Daniel, who talks about our approach to new game development and shares secrets to the success of Idle Miner Tycoon.
In addition, we were featured in a Pocketgamer article on the implement ation of battle passes in mobile games.
The Kolibri Games Blog
This month, our blog was all about people! We introduced Anagha, Afiz, Kim and Evgenia – they talked about their jobs, life in Berlin, favorite games, useless talents and much more. Check out the individual posts if you’re curious.
Product Updates
In Idle Miner Tycoon, we released the newest in our series of epic endgame challenges: the third district of the Impossible Island. The district comes with a new Impossible Super Manager, Prof. Impossible.
In Idle Factory Tycoon, we worked hard on the release of the new winter-themed event season pass. By participating in event factories, players can progress in the pass and earn additional rewards.
Kolibri Events
In December, we rang in the holiday season at the Kolibri Games Winter Party – great food, mulled wine, Santa costumes and gifts to get everyone excited for the most beautiful time of the year.
In addition, together with our friends from AppsFlyer, we hosted a happy hour after the App Promotion Summit earlier this month. We’d like to thank all the industry peers who came out to help make this an unforgettable night.
Jobs
This month we are looking for a DevOps/Build Engineer to bring our IT infrastructure to the next level. Have a look at the job description here. So, if you know someone, who knows someone, who knows someone… you know the deal.
